Join a discussion with Inga Bylinkina about the powerful benefits of the medicinal mushrooms with elixir tastings.

Mushrooms have a magnificent potential for healing the ills of modern man and remedying the toxic footprints we leave on the environment. As medicine, mushrooms provide potent immune system support for imbalances ranging from low resistance to colds, flu, and other infections; autoimmune conditions, allergies, and HIV/AIDS. Some mushrooms go beyond this with a broad range of activity including elevating mood, regulating blood sugar, and protecting the liver and helping it to recover from damage. Increasingly, medicinal mushrooms are used to help fight cancer and mitigate the adverse effects from chemotherapy and radiation.

In this class we will:
– Look at the mushroom kingdom to understand the diversity and recognize the difference between certain sub-species: edible, poisonous, medicinal, psychedelic

– Focus on the powerful healing properties of the medicinal mushrooms: Reishi, Shiitake, Maitake, Turkey Tail, Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane and Tremella

– Explore ways to incorporate mushrooms into your core health regimen.

If you are curious about medicinal mushrooms, but don’t know where to start, you will enjoy this class. We will be discussing the various forms of mushroom medicines, from powders to extracts, and explore the most effective ways to benefit from the gifts of fungi.
